A free 30-minute consultation to see if it feels like a fit
Maybe this feels familiar:
You’ve spent years trying to “just try harder”
Your mind races, wanders, or locks onto one thing for hours
Everyday tasks take far more energy than they seem to for others
You feel behind, misunderstood, or “too much”
Shame and self-criticism follow every missed deadline
Relationships strain under forgotten plans and frustration
Nothing about how your brain works is a character flaw. It’s a different way of working, and it deserves support that fits.
You might be worried that therapy will be one more place where you’re told to try harder.
Who This Is For
Is ADHD & Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy Right for You?
ADHD and neurodiversity-affirming therapy in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles is for adults who are tired of forcing themselves into systems that weren’t built for their brains. It may help if some of these sound familiar:
Trouble starting, finishing, or switching between tasks
Overwhelm, burnout, or emotional exhaustion
Anxiety or low mood alongside ADHD
Years of masking to fit in
Rejection sensitivity or intense reactions to criticism
Conflict in relationships about follow-through
A recent diagnosis or wondering if you’re neurodivergent
Wanting to understand yourself without the shame
What Working Together Looks Like
Free consultation. A 30-minute conversation about what’s been feeling difficult, what you’re hoping to change, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
First session. We get to know how your mind works, where you feel stuck, and what support would actually help.
Ongoing sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically weekly, in person in Beverly Hills or Los Angeles, or online anywhere in California.
At your pace. We build an approach around your strengths, energy, and real life, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
01 · Understanding Your Brain
Why “Just Try Harder” Has Never Worked
If you’re neurodivergent, you may have spent much of your life hearing that you’re lazy, careless, or not living up to your potential. Over time, those messages can turn into a harsh inner voice that shows up every time something slips through the cracks.
The truth is that ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence shape how you focus, plan, remember, and feel. When your environment and expectations don’t fit how your brain works, effort alone isn’t enough, and the gap can lead to anxiety, burnout, and shame.
Many adults also learn to mask: working twice as hard to appear organized, calm, or “normal.” Masking can get you through the day, but it is exhausting, and it can leave you feeling disconnected from who you really are.
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy starts from a different place. Instead of trying to fix you, we work to understand how your mind works and build a life that fits it.

02 · Neurodiversity-Affirming
My Approach: Working With Your Mind, Not Against It
My approach to ADHD and neurodiversity-affirming therapy treats neurodivergence as a difference to understand, not a disorder to correct. You don’t have to explain or defend how your brain works here.
Together, we look at the patterns that make daily life harder, the emotions that come with them, and the strengths that often get overlooked. We explore where shame and self-criticism came from, and how they shape the way you see yourself today.
From there, we focus on what helps in your real life: ways of approaching tasks, routines, and relationships that fit your energy and attention rather than fighting them.
The goal isn’t to make you look neurotypical. It’s to help you feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more like yourself.
ADHD often shows up alongside anxiety, depression, and relationship stress, so we work with the whole picture rather than one symptom at a time.
I offer ADHD and neurodiversity-affirming therapy in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, with in-person sessions and telehealth across California.
Your brain isn’t broken. It deserves support that fits.
