Good. I’ve got answers.

My office is conveniently located in two Los Angeles locations to better serve you:
• 8500 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 740, Beverly Hills, CA 90211
• 8271 Melrose Ave, Suite 110, Los Angeles, CA 90046 -
Online therapy is simple and convenient. We meet securely over Zoom or by phone—whichever you prefer—so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. All you need is a reliable internet connection or phone service, and a quiet place where you feel comfortable speaking openly.

Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and are typically attended weekly to support consistent progress and meaningful growth. Psychoanalysis sessions are more intensive, usually meeting 2–3 times per week, and may vary in length depending on your individual treatment plan and therapeutic goals.

My fees are designed to be flexible and accessible. I offer a sliding scale based on financial need. Psychotherapy sessions range from $175–$210 per 50-minute session. Psychoanalysis fees are based on frequency: $200 for one session per week, and $150 per session for two or more sessions per week. Couples therapy is typically $250 for 50 minutes and $300 for 75 minutes.
If you’re feeling stressed about the cost but know you need support, I encourage you to reach out—we can discuss a feasible fee that works best for you.
If you have a PPO insurance plan, I will submit claims on your behalf so you can access your out-of-network benefits. You may also choose to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover session fees.
I am considered an out-of-network provider, which allows for greater flexibility and privacy in your care. Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to understand your specific out-of-network reimbursement benefits.

Your first session is typically an intake session. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know you, understand your concerns, and clarify your goals for therapy. You’re always free to skip any questions you don’t feel comfortable answering. My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can speak openly and begin gaining clarity about your needs and desires.
-
I accept all major credit and debit cards, including those linked to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

The No Surprises Act is a federal law designed to protect clients from unexpected medical bills. It ensures that individuals who are paying privately or not using insurance receive clear information about the cost of services before treatment begins.
In therapy, this means you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected fees for your care. The goal of the law is to promote transparency, prevent surprise charges, and help you make informed decisions about your treatment.
-
My cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice. If you know you won’t be able to attend your session, please let me know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Three consecutive no-shows without prior communication or arrangement may result in the termination of therapy to ensure consistency and respect for the therapeutic process.

That’s not possible. The very fact that you’re reaching out tells me you care about your growth—and that’s more than enough. You don’t have to be perfect, prepared, or “good” at therapy. You just have to show up as you are.
I deeply believe that healing happens within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. It’s important that we both feel we’re a good fit and can work well together. If at any point I believe you might be better supported by someone else, I have a strong network of trusted therapists and will help connect you with the right person. That’s exactly why I offer a free 15-minute consultation—so we can make sure this feels like the right space for you.
