Who Couples Therapy Is For

You want more than peace—you want connection

I offer couples therapy in Los Angeles for partners who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel more connected in their relationship. Sessions are available in person in Los Angeles and online across California, allowing couples flexibility while still receiving meaningful, focused support.

My practice serves couples throughout West Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Mid-City, Beverly Hills, Culver City, and surrounding neighborhoods. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, emotional distance, or a specific rupture in the relationship, couples therapy provides a space to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and work toward lasting change.

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)

To support my work with couples, I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and continue to strengthen this approach through ongoing consultation with EFT Certified Supervisors. EFT is a well-researched, attachment-based model of couples counseling that helps partners move out of painful interaction cycles and toward greater emotional safety and connection.

This training allows me to work deeply with couples, helping partners understand their emotional needs, respond to one another with greater empathy, and build more secure patterns of attachment within their relationship. Through this process, couples can strengthen trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and create relationships that feel more supportive, resilient, and connected.

How couples therapy can help

If you’re feeling stuck in the same cycles and longing for more connection, couples counseling can help create space for understanding and repair. Reaching out doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it means you’re willing to invest in your relationship and explore new ways of relating to one another. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation and see if couples counseling feels like the right fit for you.

“The most basic question in relationships is: Are you there for me?
